A call in the morning
Upon my golden bed
Lie I that beautiful afternoon
Without expecting calls from anybody
My phone rings and I pick the receiver
From the earpiece rings a voice
That suggests a grown-up person
Playing a daughter-mother role
Taken aback is I when I hear
The voice rings out this question
"Sex with my mummy or me"
Just to play along,I retort
"Yes with your mummy
Of a sudden, the voice changes to an adult one
And demands I come over immediately
Mobile numbers were exchanged,but calls
Were never made
Pestered relentless throughout the day
Some hours before the day expires
A call is taken, and the voice that
Rings out warns that they are kids
Never give up,on a blessed sunday morning
Prepared to go to the church
Rings my home phone, and pick up to
To take the call, some voice rings out
Again,demanding for my mobile number
Relentlessly,and give her a number
But never hear from her again.
